Winnie began learning the piano at age four and received her early training at the NAFA School of Young Talents in Singapore. Displaying exceptional talent from an early age, she won several competitions and awards, and at age sixteen, became the youngest candidate of her year to receive a distinction for LRSM Diploma in Piano Performance. She subsequently moved to London to pursue her piano studies at the Royal College of Music under the guidance of John Byrne, where she obtained her Bachelor of Music with Honours.

As an active recitalist, she has performed extensively across the UK, including at Oxford’s University Church of St Mary the Virgin, St Dunstan-in-the-West, St Mary Abbots Church in Kensington, and London's National Musicians' Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Internationally, her performances have taken her to renowned cultural spaces including the Hong Kong Jockey Club (The Hilltop in The Valley) and Christ Church Shameen (广东省基督教沙面堂) in Guangdong, China, as well as the Esplanade Recital Studio and NAFA Lee Foundation Theatre in Singapore.

Beyond her solo performances, Winnie is a devoted collaborative pianist who is deeply passionate about chamber music. Her collaborative engagements feature performances at the Jacqueline du Pré Music Building at St Hilda’s College, the Midlands Arts Centre and St Paul’s Church in Birmingham, Lauderdale House, and St Alban the Martyr. She also frequently plays for charitable chamber events and concert series, with appearances at Cranleigh Arts Surrey, St Mary's Church, and the Riverhouse Barn Arts Centre.
